Here you can see which of my ideas have made it into a product. We all have ideas for the next great product, but most of the time we struggle with the implementation, either because the scope is too large or because ‘Ideas are cheap. Execution is expensive’.

LemonSpeak

In 2022, I founded LemonHeap GmbH and developed a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) called LemonSpeak. With LemonSpeak you could easily transcribe your podcast episode and generate various assets using an LLM, which simplified marketing and sharing the episode online for a podcaster.

SmartTabs Organizer

"SmartTabs Organizer" was a Chrome plugin that organised tabs in your browser into groups and named them appropriately. The grouping was done using embeddings and clustering algorithms.
